PERPSPORTS is an academic capstone project. Any information you provide by creating an account or using this website — your name, email, athlete records, documents, or any other data — is collected and used only to build, test, and demonstrate this capstone project. 2. Purpose of This Website
PERPSPORTS is developed as a capstone project by Bachelor of Science in Information Technology students, Major in Game Development, for School Year 2026–2027. It exists to demonstrate a working sports management system as part of an academic requirement — it is not a commercial product or service.
3. How Your Information Is Used
All information submitted through PERPSPORTS — including account details, athlete profiles, physical metrics, medical/consent documents, attendance records, and any other data you provide — is used solely for the development, testing, evaluation, and academic presentation of this capstone project. This information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
4. Data Handling & Confidentiality
Reasonable measures are taken to keep submitted information secure and accessible only to authorized users of the system (e.g. the athlete who owns a record, and staff/coordinator accounts with a legitimate reason to view it). As this is a student-built academic project rather than a commercially audited service, users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information beyond what the platform's own forms request.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use your own account only, and not to attempt to access data, pages, or features you are not authorized to use. Accounts are intended for use by students, coaches, and staff of the institution this project was built for.
6. Project Lifespan & Data Retention
As an academic capstone project, PERPSPORTS and the data it holds exist for the duration of the project's development and evaluation. Data may be removed or the system may be taken offline once the capstone requirement this project fulfills has been completed and evaluated.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as the project evolves during its development and evaluation period. Continued use of PERPSPORTS after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
